        - December Meeting Well Disoray came in and did a high level intor to SELinux. We all had a good time. Isac took notes this month on security isues to talk about during the first half. This time of the year is hectic to say the least, so... Oh, check out the presentations page for a copy of the slides.

        - Another Success Meeting
I forgot to count how many people we had show up last night, but we had new faces, which is always nice. Trevor Perry came in and discussed the System i from IBM. Yes, it was not as technical or security related as we would normally do, but it was still informative and entertaining. Check out his site at: AngusTheiTChap.com
We have a lot planned for the future so keep an eye out for details, or join the mailing list.

        - November's Talk
November's talk will be on the 8th. We have a guest speaker from outside the group named Trevor Perry. Trevor is an awesome speaker with lots of energy and always entertaining. He will be presenting on "Somebody hacked my i - what can I do?". He is an IBM System i specialist with a local IBM partner. It will be a good talk, so please try and make it, even if you don't know what a 'System i' is.

        - OK... enough fooling around
So this is what a site update looks like. Amazing.
ok, I still suck. I have done a horrible job keeping everything going this past year. The last meeting marked our 3 year anniversary and I said nothing. We still have a good number of members, but many of the old faces stopped showing up. Let's see what we can do...

        - Getting Off My Ass

So we had the Feb meting last night at yet another new location. I really want to stay here. They have decent food, good drink selection, plenty of room and it looks like free wireless. To catch up, December's meeting didn't happen (my bad). The January meeting was decent. Redsand did an introduction to Windows system internals. The internals, not the standard stuff. We are still waiting for his slides, but keep checking back. Last night Ruiner did a short presentation on Defeating Virtual Addressing in Linux 2.6.9 and Above. Good info on how to attack newer Linux boxes. Slides are up in the presentations section.
